HOLIDAY RE-HEAT INSTRUCTIONS
Turkey:
Option 2 - Pre heat oven to 300 degrees. Remove plastic and pull turkey meat off the cavity. Place meat in a pyrex dish while you are puling meat off the bones. Cover pyrex dish with foil. Pour juices in pan over the top of the pulled meat in the pyrex dish. Heat until at desired temperature.
Option 1 - Pre heat oven to 300 degrees. Remove plastic, leave turkey in the aluminum pan and cover with foil .Turkey is ready when you have reached 165 degrees in the Turkey Breast or juices are running clear. Use a thermometer probe to check temperature. Can takes up to 2 hours or more. LOW AND SLOW IS IDEAL FOR BEST RESULTS. Smoking Meat Secret!
Ham:
Option 2 - Heat a griddle or cast iron pan up. Cut Ham away from the bone into manageable pieces. Place pieces of ham on the pan or griddle and brown both sides. **Righteous ‘Que Favorite**
Option 1 - Pre heat oven to 300 degrees. Remove plastic, leave Ham in the aluminum pan and cover with foil. Heat to desired temperature.
Mac and Cheese:
Extra Large Pan – Place in oven at 400 degrees uncovered for 47 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Any other size Mac can be re-heated. Remove from foam cup and place in a Pyrex dish cover and heat up to desired temp.
